For the Wescana Pharmacy Delta on-site verification visit.

Task overview: Go to Wescana Pharmacy Delta, take photos to prove the location exists, show the authorization letter, and politely ask an authorized staff member to complete the employment verification form.

If they refuse: Do not argue. Take outside/signboard photos and write down who you met and what they said.

What to Do

  1. Arrive at the exact address.
    Confirm it is 6935 120 St #103B and look for Wescana Pharmacy Delta or the clinic/company sign.
  2. Take photos first.
    Take around 10 photos total. The client specifically asked for both regular photos and geotagged photos. Use the GPS/geotag camera app for some photos so the location, date/time, and GPS information show on the picture. Include outside signboard, address/unit, building exterior, entrance, nearby businesses, and street sign.
  3. Go inside only if appropriate.
    Ask before taking inside photos. Inside photos are optional and only if allowed.
  4. Show the Letter of Authorization.
    Ask for HR/Admin or the person who can help with employment verification.
  5. Ask them to complete the form.
    If they agree, ask them to fill, sign, and stamp the Employment Verification Form. The key details are start date, end date, and designation.
  6. If they refuse, record it.
    Ask for their name, designation, and official contact if they are willing. If not, just note "front desk staff" or "clinic staff" and what they said.
  7. After the visit, fill the Site Visit Template.
    Send back the photos, completed form if any, Site Visit Template, and short visit report.

If they ask what this is about

"This is a routine verification process to confirm an applicant's submitted employment document. I'm only here to request verification if your team is able to assist."

If they refuse

"No problem, I understand. May I please note your name, designation, and official contact details for the report? If not, I can simply report that the clinic refused to assist."

If the Place Is Closed

Take 5-6 photos of the exact address, unit, signboard if visible, nearby businesses, and street signs. Then write that the location was closed at the time of visit.

Do Not Do These

  • Do not force anyone to sign, stamp, or fill the form.
  • Do not take inside photos without permission.
  • Do not photograph patients, customers, staff faces, computer screens, documents, prescriptions, or medical records.
  • Do not enter private or staff-only areas.
  • Do not say you are government, police, or clinic staff.
  • If they ask you to leave, leave politely.
